The Nothing But Company firmly believes in providing products that the customer needs at the best price possible.
All products are shipped "economy" with either USPS or FedEx Ground, depending on the size of the order and location. We balance the shipping costs and shipping method to ensure our customers are receiving the lowest and most competitive prices.
We know that sometimes customers may order the incorrect product or, at times, receive an order damaged or the wrong product. For items that are ordered incorrectly, we will gladly accept a return product but the cost to ship those items back are the responsibility of the customer and will include a 10% restocking fee. This is not something The Nothing But Company enjoys doing but is needed to ensure that we can continue to offer the best pricing to our customers.
For items received damaged or incorrect, The Nothing But Company will stand by those orders and either ship you a new product or issue a refund. The cost to return the product will be the responsibility of The Nothing But Company. We strive to ensure that this NEVER happens but if it does, we are there for you.
